Training and Development Cloud Desktops

Training and Development desktops are optimised for speed and convenience. Access is readily provided to anyone having the link to the desktop. This setup is typically employed for interactive, instructor-led cloud desktop environments or virtual classrooms to deliver high-quality corporate training. Instructors or trainers can monitor their students' cloud desktops and gauge their participation during an online class.

To effectively coach students, instructors have the ability to remotely access each student's desktop.

Training sessions can be screen recorded with audio for future reference.

DaDesktop goes beyond a simple learning management system!

Work Desktops

Work Desktops (DaDesktop for Work, or dd4w for brevity) can function as employees' cloud desktops. The employer maintains full control over the data and software utilised by employees, and all data and communication is encrypted.

Data Protection

The employer can also restrict access to data processed on the cloud desktop so that employees cannot transfer the data out. Clipboard access and certain sites can be restricted, ensuring all data is securely processed within the virtual desktop itself.

Action Recording

All user actions can be recorded very compactly, allowing millions of hours of each employee's virtual desktop usage to be stored. Fraudulent behaviour analysis can then be conducted on these recordings.

Network Security

Access to internal corporate applications can be limited exclusively to DaDesktops, thereby governing access to confidential information and eliminating any threat of data interception on employees' personal computers.
