My Account

Every user can adjust several settings within their account.My account

 

Start by clicking on your username at the top right of the screen, and then choose ‘My account’ from the menu that appears.

You will then see the ‘My Account’ page.

Refer to the numbered items in the image below for an explanation of each function.

    Description
1 Balance Displays your current balance.
2 Notification You can set a threshold so that a notification email is sent whenever your balance falls below the specified amount.
3 Billing Links This section offers quick links to make payments, view your balance, check previous payments, and transfer funds.
4 Account Email Shows your registered account email, which cannot be modified.
5 Password You can change your password from here.
6 Display Name Your display name, which you can update whenever needed.
7 Full Name Your full name, which can also be edited as needed.
8 Mobile Number Your mobile number, which can be updated at any time.
9 Timezone Your timezone setting ensures all times shown match your local time.
10 Recordings Publishing Setting If you are a Trainer, you can choose whether to allow course recordings from your machine to be published on the dadesktop.com/videos website.
11 Joined The date you joined DaDesktop.
12 Delete Account If you wish to delete your DaDesktop account, click here. All your account details will be permanently removed.
13 My Organisation Every user can also add an Organisation to their account. This area displays the details of your linked organisation.
14 Introduction Tour If needed, you can re-enable the introductory tour by unchecking this option. This will display the tour guide once more.
