Training Room View

Training Room is a convenient way to join a course.

It allows users to:-
 

1. Control their Virtual Desktops (Trainers can also control Participant's Desktops)
2. View Trainer Desktop in Grid, Side by Side mode
3. Record their Desktop
4. Pop the Desktop out to another browser window, or to another monitor if preferred.
5. Chat
6. View Training Materials
    

All of this is performed in a browser window. By default, once course participants have joined their course, they are taken straight to the Training Room, simplifying the process for new users in India.

Trainers also have the ability to view all participants' machines at once, and can interact with any of them, perhaps to assist a participant who is struggling or falling behind. The ability to view all student machines at once is unparalleled, and greatly helps the Trainer replicate traditional classroom teaching.

While not entirely intuitive, to exit out of the Training Room view, simply click the `Desktop` tab again and you will be taken back to the Training page.
